U-RIGHT INT'L<00627> - Unusual price & volume movements

The Stock Exchange has received a message from U-Right International
Holdings Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong 
Limited (the "Stock Exchange").

The directors (the "Directors") of U-RIGHT International Holdings Limited 
(the "Company") have noted today's increases in share price and trading 
volume of the shares of the Company (the "Shares") and wish to state that 
the Directors are not aware of any reasons for such increases.

Save as disclosed in the announcement of the Company dated 13 February 
2007 in relation to a placing of new shares of the Company, the Directors 
also confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to 
intended acquisitions or realizations which are discloseable under Rule 
13.23 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock 
Exchange (the "Listing Rules"), neither are the Directors aware of any 
matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by Rule 13.09 of 
the Listing Rules, which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature.
