Remarks:

1.      EXPLANATION FOR CHANGE OF LAST CORRESPONDING RESULTS.

"Share of profit of jointly controlled entities" for the year ended 31 
March 2005 shall be revised to HK$882,000 as a result of exclusion of HK$
7,500,000 of "Amortization of goodwill arising on acquisition of jointly 
controlled entities" due to reclassification and inclusion of income tax 
expense of HK$138,000 due to the adoption of new and revised Hong Kong 
Financial Reporting Standards.
