U-RIGHT INT'L<00627> - Amendment to Results Announcement (advised by U-RIGHT INT'L)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from U-Right International 
Holdings Limited (the "Company") which is reproduced as follows:-

"We refer to our result announcement form for the period ended 30 
September 2005 (the "Form") together with explanatory notes that submitted 
to the Stock Exchange on 22 December 2005 and would like to notify you 
that the "Profit from operations" and "Share of profit of jointly-
controlled entities" for the six months ended 30 September 2004 shown in 
the Form shall be revised to HK$64,993,000 and HK$990,000, respectively, 
as a result of reclassification of HK$3,750,000 of "Amortisation of 
goodwill arising on acquisition of jointly-controlled entities", 
previously reflected in "Share of profit of jointly-controlled entities", 
into the "Administrative expenses" which is reflected in the "Profit from 
operations".  The reason for this reclassification of account items is to 
conform the current's period presentation of the results announcement 
published on the press on 23 December 2005."
