Group Profile

Karce was established in 1991 as a high-quality consumer electronic products manufacturing facility. Since then, Karce has established itself as a valuable and reliable supplier to many worldwide branded customers by providing high quality and cost competitive products and services. Rapid growth driven by our customers, Karce listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1998.

Karce's competitive advantage is its ability to integrate and coordinate its highly skilled production team, state-of-the-art production equipment and sophisticated quality management to deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers. With headquarter in Hong Kong and advanced manufacturing facilities in mainland China, Karce currently has approximately 6,500 employees, including around 200 professional engineer in R&D team in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Karce manufacturing facilities are highly integrated, from research and product development, assembly of printed circuit board, plastic parts manufacturing and final assembly. With three manufacturing sites in Humen Town in Dongguan, mainland China with over 110,000 square meters land area and 250,000 square meters manufacturing area, Karce currently produces over 3 million units of electronic calculators/organizers and not less than 200,000 units of other OEM products per month under exsiting manu- facturing processes at our own sites:
- Chip on board (COB) assembly in class 10,000 clean room
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process in class 10,000 clean room
- Wave soldering
- Development and manufacturing of plastic injection mould
- Prototype making
- Plastic injection processing
- Spraying and silk-screen printing
- Module assembly
- Product reliability testing
- Metal stamping and offset printing
- Printed circuit board manufacturing (single to multi-layers PCB)
- Silicon rubber keypads manufacturing and plastic plus rubber telephone keypads products (P+R).
